MEZCALICIOUS

INGREDIENTS: 

1¼ mezcal Santo Gusano
¼ avocado
½ oz lemon juice
1 oz pineapple
1 oz Damiana liqueur
½ oz agave honey
Pineapple leaf
Avocado slice
Sal de gusano (Worm salt)
Ice

STEPS:

1.- Macerate avocado, lime juice, pineapple, and agave honey.
2.- Pour the macerated ingredients into a mixing glass, add 6 ice cubes, Damiana liqueur and mezcal Santo Gusano. Shake vigorously.
3.- Frost a glass with worm salt and pour in the mix.
4.- Garnish with pineapple leaf and avocado slice.
