INGREDIENTS:
1¼ oz mezcal Santo Gusano
1 oz kiwi
2 blackberries
6 mint leaves
1 oz agave honey
½ oz grenadine syrup
Pineapple leaf
Kiwi slice
Ice
STEPS:
1.- Macerate the mint leaves, kiwi, and a blackberry.
2.- Pour the macerated ingredients into a mixing glass, add 6 ice cubes, agave honey, grenadine syrup and mezcal Santo Gusano. Shake vigorously.
3.- Pour the mix into a glass.
4.- Garnish with the pineapple leaf, kiwi slice and a blackberry.
